  • Frozen fillets skin on, interleaved or IQF.
  • Frozen whole / HG / HG, in blocks or IQF.
  • Canned fillets in vegetable or olive oil.
  • Canned smoke dressed or not, in vegetable oil, sunflower oil, olive oil, brine, tomato sauce or special sauces.
  • Grated (grinded) in vegetable oil or brine.


It is a source of essential amino acids, vitamins and minerals that prevent anemia. The omega 3 and 6, contribute to the prevention of heart diseases associated with cholesterol and mental illnesses such as Alzheimer’s and depression.
