  • Tentacles eyes off or beak off, nails off, with or without suckers, raw or cooked, whole or cut, frozen in block.
  • Frozen rings in blocks, interleaved, IQF.


It is a source of proteins, mainly vitamins B2, B3, B12, minerals such as copper, selenium, phosphorus, zinc, magnesium, potassium and iodine; elements that help prevent anemia, improve arthritis, migraine, strengthen the immune system, relax nerves and muscles, and regulate blood pressure. It has low levels of mercury.
